We’re absolutely delighted and thrilled that we have won, and we still can't believe it. Improving our music offering was something we had always planned on doing but we couldn't afford it, and it's going to make a massive difference to our business, inside and out. Winning the PRS for Music prize means we will now be able to showcase local talent and give our customers the ultimate dining experience.
Shuck's really impressed me due to its unique setting, goals and its dedication and support of local community and produce. Phil's vision of how music could really impact and grow the restaurant was impressive.
