How to reset your password

1. Tell us the email address associated with your membership. You'll be sent a verification code.
2. Open your email in a new tab or browser window.
3. Copy the code we have sent and paste it into the verify code box and press the Verify Code button.
4. Select a new password that meets the criteria.
