Limited Online Music Licence Plus (LOML+)
Who needs this licence?
Medium digital music services in the UK that offer on demand streaming, permanent downloads and webcasting to a UK audience. We categorise services as medium if their annual gross revenue is between £12,500 and £200,000.
Which rights and services are covered?
LOML+ covers the communication to the public and associated mechanical rights (excluding synchronisation) of our members' repertoire through digital services.
We are unable to offer a licence for certain repertoire works for online karaoke services.
How we calculate the licence fee
LOML+ is an annual blanket licence. Use the guide below to see which is the right licence band for you. You'll need to pay a licence fee for each type of activity.
