Performing Right Society Limited (PRS) AGM

 The AGM puts decision-making powers in the hands of PRS members. From appointing Council Members to voting on resolutions that will shape the direction of PRS, your voice matters.

2025 PRS AGM

Our 2025 PRS AGM took place on Tuesday 3 June 2025.

This year's AGM saw the appointment of two newly elected members to the Council; Writer Council Member Cathy Dennis and Publisher Council Member Megan Hall (Concord).

In addition, the following re-appointments were approved by members:

• Writer Council Members - Tom Gray and Philip Pope
• Publisher Council Members - Daniel Lang (Warner Chappell Music), Nigel Gilroy (Novello and Company), and Richard Paine (Faber Music)
• Designated Council Members - Janet Andersen (BMG Rights Management), Antony Bebawi (Sony Music Publishing), and Jackie Alway (Universal Music Publishing)
• Independent Non-Executive Council Member - Gill Mansfield
