Ivor Novello Awards nominations announced

The 55th Ivor Novello Awards celebrate British music writing and are presented by BASCA in association with PRS for Music. They will be held at the Grosvenor House, Park Lane, London W1 on Thursday 20th May.

The Ivors are internationally respected for honouring excellence in British music writing.  They are judged and presented by the writing community and for over 50 years have been given annually to outstanding songwriters and composers.  Nominations for the 55th Ivors are for the year 2009.
