Rewards and benefits 


Salary is usually one of the first factors anyone considers when looking for a new job, so at PRS for Music we offer pay rates that help attract and retain high quality staff. We also carry out annual reviews to ensure our salaries are competitive.

Incentive scheme

As everyone plays a part in driving the overall performance of PRS for Music, everyone has the opportunity to share in that success. Our incentive schemes are based on both company and individual performance.

Employee recognition scheme

We give special recognition to individuals for exceptional commitment, high achievement, excellent service delivery and suggestions that positively impact on our business.

Annual leave

We offer competitive paid holiday entitlement rates, starting at 22 days for staff and 25 day for managers, rising with service length. Employees can also purchase additional days.

Free writer membership

Employees who write their own music or own the copyright for a piece of music can become a writer-member for free and enjoy the many benefits we offer, such as fast and efficient collection and payment of UK and international royalties (subject to our usual qualifying criteria).

Some of our other benefits include competitive rates for private medical and dental insurance, onsite café facilities and corporate gym membership.
