We operate an open and dynamic approach to working, including the offer of flexible working hours and a hybrid working model that allows you to work remotely and from our London Bridge hub.

We know that time to rest, recharge and reset is invaluable, so we offer 25 days holiday entitlement with the option to top up twice annually to a maximum of 30 days. You also have the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world for up to eight weeks a year.

We offer a range of supportive family-oriented leave packages, including enhanced maternity, paternity and grandparent leave. Support is also available for fertility, reproductive and menopause treatment.

Other benefits include our range of wellbeing initiatives, retail and gym discounts, time off for volunteering with our charity partners and season ticket loans.
