Performing Right Society Limited (PRS) AGM

PRS’ Annual General Meeting is held as part of Members’ Day. It is an opportunity for members to ask questions and vote on the proposed resolutions including the appointments to the PRS Members’ Council.

Members can also expect to hear from our CEO Andrea Czapary Martin, and take part in Q&A sessions with our Executive Leadership Team, Members’ Council Chair Julian Nott and President Michelle Escoffery.

Our 2024 AGM will take place in person on Tuesday 4 June 2024 at 3pm, at:

Principal Voting and Voting members can RSVP and appoint a proxy until 3pm on 31 May 2024.

If you’re a Principal Voting or Voting member, you will have received all of the information about our AGM, including access to our annual accounts and notice booklet which sets out this year’s proposed resolutions and the voting process.

All members can watch the AGM online from 3pm on 4 June. Only members present at the AGM in person or via proxy can vote.
